- Grab your gloves, wear blue and join in for the Greater Englewood Unity Day Clean Up and Celebration this Saturday, April 18th.
For the past 4 years residents, businesses, organizations, churches and elected officials have been joining together for Chicago's Clean & Green Volunteer Cleanup. In Englewood we join together and call it Unity Day as a way to show our solidarity and pride for our community.
Saturday April 18th - Residents and volunteers will begin cleaning up at 10am or earlier in various locations and then join together for a Unity Celebration from 12pm-2pm, at Imagine Englewood If, 730 W 69th Street.
Those volunteers who clean up during Unity Day will enjoy free refreshments at the Celebration.
