Celebrate Black History Month by indulging in hand-crafted African artifacts, accessories, clothing and more! The Resident Association of Greater Englewood, also known as R.A.G.E. will be hosting an African Pop-up Shop Fundraiser to support their efforts in promoting peace and unity in the Greater Englewood community. In collaboration with the Network 11 Art Expo, the Pop-up shop will be happening Tuesday, February 14th and Wednesday, February 15th at Hamilton Park Cultural Center located at 513 W. 72nd St. from 12pm-5pm.
The large amount of hand-crafted African art pieces being sold during the two day pop-up shop was generously donated to R.A.G.E early last year. The Hamilton Park PAC was able to raise roughly $3,000 selling some of the African art during a pop-up shop in October 2016. Fortunately, there is still hundreds of art pieces, accessories and clothing to help R.A.G.E fundraising efforts.
The inventory includes great items for the entire family for very LOW prices! You don’t want to miss an opportunity to get your hands on genuine African art, accessories and clothing! Spread the word and come out to support R.A.G.E!
If you have any questions, you can contact R.A.G.E. via email at joinrage@gmail.com or call 866-845-1032.
