Albert S. Vaughn Jr. Foundation

Get directions »

The Albert S. Vaughn Jr. Foundation was created in memory Albert Sanders Vaughn Jr., whose untimely demise came on April 6, 2008. Albert was chaperoning a party for youth in Englewood when a fight broke out outside. In trying to break up the fight, he was hit on the head with a steel bat. He was 18 years old.

The goal of the Albert S. Vaughn Jr. Foundation is to teach youth that their goals and dreams are reachable, so long as they stay focused and teachable. We also encourage parents to support and love their children and for our children to love and respect one another.
