Sikia Restaurant of Flavor Series Presents Cuban Cuisine
In a celebration of spring time, Washburne Culinary Institute’s Sikia Restaurant at Washburne Culinary Institute will feature traditional Cuban dishes on its menu April 25-26, 2013. Sikia Restaurant is open for lunch only on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Feature Guest Alberto Gonzalez, chef and owner of 90 miles from Cuban Café Taste the Forbidden restaurant in Logan Square and Roscoe Village

Enjoy regional tastes from Cuba in addition to some regular favorites from Sikia's current menu.
Sikia’s menu regularly features global contemporary cuisine prepared by Washburne’s student-chefs in their final phase of study. A three-course plated lunch costs $7, not including beverage, tax and gratuity.
