See bigger map

A  GED can make a world of difference in someone’s life.  National Able Network offers GED  Preparation Classes to help prepare individuals for the battery of General  Educational Development (GED) tests. The classes emphasize the reading, writing  and math skills necessary to pass the GED examination. The classes also include  an official practice test to help  determine an individual’s readiness for the actual GED test.

GED preparation classes usually meet  Wednesday, Thursdays and Fridays for 3 hours each day for eight weeks in a small group setting to provide individualized attention. Basic computer classes and job readiness workshops are also available to students enrolled in GED classes.

Classes are at no cost to Chicago residents and are held at the National Able Network in Pilsen. Classes start January 2, 2013. To enroll or learn more about how to register for GED classes please attend an Information & Testing Session on Tuesday, December 18 from 9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. or call our Adult Education Specialist at 312-994-8372 for more information.
