Open the doors of opportunity by attending orientation at Greater West Town's no-nonsense Wood Products Manufacturing Program. Start a challenging and rewarding job making cabinets and furniture with no debt. Training is at no cost to eligible low-income applicants. Job Placement services assure that you go straight into a job after the 15-week training!
Entry salaries range from $11 - $16 per hour, growing to $17 - $40 per hour with years of experience and on-the-job experience.
Fast track through training to careers as skilled cabinetmaker apprentice, bench carpenter, machine operator, CNC operator, assembler, or solid surface counter fabricator. M-F, 8 - 2:30. Supportive instructional staff; transportation assistance; get an insider's view of the industry!
